Below, you'll find some helpful info, for our stay at the cabin.
If you have any questions, please reach out and we will try to answer them for you.

Linens & Bedspreads, Washcloths and Towels, Pots & Pans, Utensils, Dinnerware, etc., are provided.
Some guests like to bring along Beach Towels.
A good starter set of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dish Soap and Trash Bags. You may bring more of your own, if needed.
You may want to bring regular (basket-style) Coffee Filters along, as they're not normally provided.
You will need to bring personal Items, such as Toothpaste, Toiletry items, Hair Dryer (if needed), etc.
The Cabin has a Charcoal Grill. If using the Grill, you will need to bring a Lighter, Charcoal, Lighter Fluid, etc.
Firewood is Not Provided. Firewood is sold locally, at gas stations, convenience stores, or roadside stands.. or you may bring your own.

Refrigerators are sometimes not cold upon arrival. Between guests, they are running, but empty. After being refilled with food and drink by arriving guests, it can sometimes take a while to cool down to temperature, even if the fridge doors are kept closed.
You may bring bags of ice in a cooler, if you'd like, for during the cool-down time. Ice is normally also available, if needed, at local
convenience stores. The ice maker in the fridge might not be connected and operational, depending on the property.
No Refunds or Compensation will be given for spoiled food, etc.
Hot Tub is serviced between guests, so it might not be hot, upon arrival.
If not hot, keep it covered and don't press the temperature buttons (they are set to automatically heat) and they should raise up to temperature, after a while. If not, contact maintenance. Iron and minerals in the well water may discolor the Hot Tub water, occasionally.

Please honor these Check-In and Check-Out times. It helps our personnel to do their work before and after your stay.
Early arrivals or late departures may result in another night billed to the card on file, without notice.
To Unlock Door:
1. Enter the Building Code.
2. When Light Turns Green, Turn Deadbolt.
To Lock Door:
A. Push Upper Keypad Button and Turn Deadbolt.
B. If that doesn't work, enter Door Code and push Upper Keypad Button, then Turn Deadbolt.
No Smoking, Vaping, or used Cigarettes inside cabin.
No Pets.
No College Parties, Prom Parties, etc.
Check-In & Check-Out times are firm. Please plan accordingly.
Reserver must be present for stay and will be responsible for guests
Visitors are Not Allowed, unless previously arranged and paid for.
NO Motorcycles, Campers, Low-Rider Cars, Sprinter Vans.
